Polish post-metalcore five-piece Serpents PL return with their third Out Of Line Music single "D.R.E_A.M.E.R.," out now alongside a new music video. The track follows their Summer Breeze Open Air appearance and arrives ahead of an extensive Poland headline tour this autumn.

"D.R.E_A.M.E.R." marks a shift in colour from the band's previous releases. Where "Hope(less?)" and "Painkiller" pushed into metalcore's more abrasive territory, this track draws on a softer, more melodic rock approach - atmospheric and unhurried, built around the kind of chorus that lingers. The electronics are still present, but here they serve mood over momentum, underpinning a song that has more room to breathe.

Lyrically, the song is a nostalgic reflection on youth, the version of yourself that believed everything was still possible, before time and circumstance started narrowing things down. It sits with that tension: the pull toward what's behind you and the knowledge that the world won't wait. As the chorus puts it: "I'm still dreaming and I can't wake up / I've been dreaming my entire life / Don't tell me that we can't go back."

"A nostalgic anthem to the carefree years of youth, when life felt endless and anything seemed possible. The song explores the struggle between accepting adulthood and refusing to let go of the dreamer within. Deeply personal yet universally relatable, it captures the feeling of looking back at a simpler time while trying to move forward."

The single arrives as Serpents PL prepare to headline a run of Polish venues through October, their most extensive domestic touring stretch to date:

About Serpents PL
Serpents PL are a five-piece from Szczecin, Poland, formed at the close of 2023. Working at the intersection of modern metalcore and alternative metal with a gritty electronic lens, the band built their catalogue through a number of singles before signing to Out Of Line Music — home to the likes of Till Lindemann, ten56. Abbie Falls, and Cane Hill. Their live reputation was established early: the band toured Poland alongside The Materia before taking on a 23-date European run with Ektomorf in 2024, and opened for Keith Caputo in early 2026. "D.R.E_A.M.E.R." is their third release through Out Of Line Music, continuing the run of singles from their forthcoming debut album.
